Police are investigating the shooting of a minibus driver who was shot to his left leg by a City Constabulary rank on Cornhill Street, Georgetown.
According to information received, the men were engaged in an argument at about 09:50hrs when the rank pulled out his gun and shot the driver identified as 28-year-old Paul John.
John is currently at the Georgetown Public Hospital undergoing treatment.
