Miner chopped to death at Puruni Landing

Police are investigating the murder of a 52-year-old miner.

Kelvin Bayley called “Royo” of Ann’s Grove Village, East Coast Demerara (ECD) was murdered between 17:15hrs on September 30, 2018, and 07:30 hrs on October 1, 2018, the Police said.

Bayley’s body was found with several chop wounds to the head, back and throat at Puruni landing, Region Seven on Monday.
