A maiden List A hundred from Chandrapaul Hemraj and a solid fifty from Christopher Barnwell powered Guyana Jaguars to a commanding nine-wicket win over West Indies B in Super50 action on Sunday.

After restricting West Indies B to 192-9 in 47.2 overs, Jaguars cruised to victory at 193-1 in just 28.2 overs.

Trevon Griffith went early in the run chase for 14 at 40-1, but Hemraj and Barnwell added an unbroken 153 to seal a convincing victory for the Jaguars.

Hemraj struck 12 fours and two sixes in his unbeaten 103 off 80 balls, while Barnwell hit three sixes and one four in his 61 not out off 71 deliveries.

Hemraj earlier took 2-28 and Raymon Reifer and Veerasammy Permaul had 2-30 and 2-47 as West Indies B were limited to under 200. Keagan Simmons and Kristian Kallicharran made 44 each, while Odean Smith chipped in with 32.

In the other game on Sunday, Trinidad and Tobago Red Force, on the back of a third consecutive fifty from Nicholas Pooran, defeated Canada by two wickets.
