Mechanic charged with possessing 25 Ecstasy pills

A 32-year-old Mechanic was released on $75,000 bail on Tuesday by Chief Magistrate, Ann McLennan after he was charged for being in possession of 25 ecstasy pills that weighed 146 grams.
Steve Feidtkou of Mandela Avenue, Georgetown, pleaded not guilty to the charge which alleged that on October 12, 2018, at South Ruimveldt, he planned to traffic the drugs.
He was represented by Attorney-at-law, Siand Dhurjon who told the court that Feidtkou is a father of three children and is the sole provider since his wife died in a motorcycle accident three years ago.
Police Prosecutor, Simone Payne made no objection to bail.
Bail was granted and he will appear at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court again on November 7, 2018.
