The Guyana Motor Racing and Sports Club (GMR&SC) on Thursday evening held the Competitors and Officials meeting for this weekend’s final leg of the 2018 Caribbean Motor Racing Championships at the South Dakota Circuit.
The meeting was held at the GT Motorsports facility where Clerk of the Course Keith Cholmondeley, Assistant Clerk of Course and Chief Steward Jad Rahaman and CMRA Steward Stephen Fraser, along with GMR&SC President Rameez Mohamed updated drivers and riders about the safety procedures and the importance of having an efficient meet.
Over the two days, 27 races are listed, with Saturday morning being designated for time trials and the afternoon, five races, while Sunday will have the tick of the action with 22 races.
Racers from Barbados, Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago are in Guyana for the two-day spectacle.
