Police have finally managed to arrest 51-year-old Collin Blair hours after he allegedly stabbed a 48-year-old businessman to death at ‘D’ Field Sophia, Greater Georgetown Sunday night.
Dead is Godfrey Phillip, a contractor/businessman and a father of three.
Police Headquarters revealed that the suspect and his wife were involved in an argument when Phillip attempted to make peace between them.
However, the suspect became upset and whipped out a knife and allegedly stabbed Phillip in the abdomen.
The businessman was rushed to the Georgetown Public Hospital in an unconscious state and was pronounced dead on arrival.
He leaves to mourn his wife and three daughters.
