Awesome’s chief executive officer, Patrice Buckradee, who was at yesterday’s exercise, explained that the offences committed were under Section 41 of the Trinidad and Tobago Copyright Act— “a person commits an offence when, without the licence, makes for sale, imports or whether you posses it in the course of business”.
