P&P Insurance supports grassroot football development

Ever since it began operations, P&P Insurance Brokers and Consultants Limited has made a concerted effort to support sport, as part of its corporate/social responsibility.

It is no surprise, given that the Managing Director, Bishwa Panday, is a sport fanatic and former Guyana Cricket Board Secretary.

In its most recent act of benevolence, the company formed an alliance with Brave Heart Football Club, making it possible for youths to have a chance to play the ‘beautiful game.’

The North Road, Georgetown, business establishment has aided the club in setting up a goal post for the youths to participate in a Mashramani small-goal tournament, which began on February 2 at the East Ruimveldt Secondary School ground, Mandela Avenue.

The Executive Director of P&P Insurance Brokers and Consultants Limited, Vikash Panday, outlined the importance of sports in the school curriculum. He pledged his continued support and wished the youngsters all the best in their future endeavours.
