A Route 41 minibus driver was on Tuesday released on $250,000 bail by City Magistrate Faith McGusty for allegedly raping a 14-year-old girl.
Edward Emmanuel Dowridge, 32, of South Sophia was not required to plea to the charge which alleged that between December 1, 2018, and December 31, 2018, at Lamaha Park, Georgetown he engaged in sexual activity with a minor.
Dowridge was released on bail and the matter was adjourned until March 11, 2019.
