2009 murder of Fuel Dealer: Wanted bulletin issued for NY woman

The Guyana Police Force has issued a wanted bulletin for 49-year-old Milaimi Alli in connection with the 2009 murder of fuel dealer, Ramzan Alli.

Alli, a Good Hope, East Coast Demerara businessman, was discovered dead in the trunk of a rental car with a plastic bag duct-taped over his head on the Coldingen Railway Embankment Road on July 12, 2009.

Police on Monday said that the woman’s last known addresses are Lot 29 Good Hope, ECD; Gordon Street Kitty, Georgetown and 107-15 110th Richmond Hill, Queens New York.

Anyone with information on Milaimi’s address is asked to contact the nearest police station.

On March 28, Zaheed Mitchell, a 38-year-old driver of Foulis, ECD appeared before Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court charged with the businessman’s murder.

He was remanded to prison until April 15.
