A car which appeared to be speeding on the West Coast of Demerara early this morning crashed into a fence at a house in La Jalousie killing one of the occupants, Vickram Ramraj.
News Room understands that Ramraj is from Lot 85 Tuschen, East Bank Essequibo.
Another passenger and the driver were in the car at the time of the accident, however, the details surrounding the accident are unclear at this time and News Room will provide updates as they become available.
