Anthony Xavier still the best at Caribbean Beat Pools

Seasoned pools player Anthony Xavier defended his title at the Caribbean Beat Bar and Restaurant Easter Pools Competition held last weekend.

Out of 49 competitors, Xavier cued his way to the V-Net Communications first place prize of $60,000 and corresponding trophy.

The Survival Supermarket second place prize of $40,000 went to Tristan Dutt while Jonathan Pharbu got third for the WJ Enterprise award of $20,000. The Fas Grafix Signs and Designs fourth place prize of $10,000 went to Antonio Persaud.

The organisers expressed immense gratitude for the support of Banks DIH through their iconic Banks Beer, along with other sponsors who made the annual event another success.

 They further pledged to ensure the next tournament is bigger and better, and hopefully, the prize structure can increase.
