Acting on a tip received, ranks of the Police ‘E’ Division visited the back of Wisroc, Wismar Linden and found a marijuana farm measuring approximately one and a half acres on Sunday morning.
News Room understands that the Police found between 2,500 to 3000 plants ranging from one feet to six and a half feet in height and is estimated to weigh 250 kilograms.
Police also discovered a make-shift tent that included a hammock, utensils and green and dry suspected cannabis.
The farm was photographed and destroyed. No one was arrested and investigations are ongoing.
