Keanu Marsh-Brown got on the scoresheet, but Guyana’s Golden Jaguars suffered a 1-3 defeat to Haiti in an International Friendly on Tuesday.

The Jaguars are encamped in Costa Rica as part of preparations for their maiden appearance in the Concacaf Gold Cup later this month.

The Jaguars also lost 0-1 to fellow Gold Cup debutant Bermuda in an International Friendly last week.

Head Coach Michael Johnson has reiterated that the results of these matches are not of paramount importance, as the focus is on improving on various aspects of the game ahead of the Gold Cup, and getting the team combination right.

Guyana has been drawn in Group D of the Concacaf Gold Cup and will play hosts USA on June 18 in Minneapolis, Panama on June 22 in Cleveland and Trinidad and Tobago in Kansas City on June 26.
