The body of a 22-year-old man was on Sunday found in a house at Phase 2 Good Hope, East Coast Demerara.
He has been identified as Vickram Bridgemohan, who was found with a wire around his neck and bleeding from his mouth and nose at around 11hrs.
The News Room was reliably informed that the young man was discovered by his sister who lives next door.
The woman told Police she called her brother to collect his food but decided to walk over when he did not answer and made the gruesome discovery.
The Police were called in and the body was removed from the house.
