Man beaten to death in Region One

Police are investigating the murder of a man, who is so far only identified as “Muff” which occurred at around 21:30hrs Saturday at Kumaka, Region One.

The News Room was reliably informed that the victim and the 21-year-old suspect known as “Callis” were liming at a bar at Kumaka when they got into a heated  argument.

An eyewitness, who prefers to remain anonymous, told the News Room that the suspect beat the man in the head with a piece of wood.

“The boy (Callis) collect a wood and lash the man four times in his head and done with he,” the eyewitness told the News Room.

The suspect escaped and the Police have since removed the body and transported it to the Kumaka District hospital.

The search is on for the suspect.
