Relatives are now relieved after 42-year-old Aquenetta Huston who went missing on Thursday last, was found safe and sound at the Vision Hotel on Fifth Street, Alberttown Georgetown hours after the News Room reported the story Sunday.

Huston suffers from a mental disorder and only returned to Guyana last week from the United States.

Huston lives at Yarrowkabra, Soesdyke Linden Highway with her caretaker Sharon Gibson.

The News Room understands that Huston and Gibson were at the Bounty Supermarket on Regent Street, Georgetown when she walked out of the store unknowing to Gibson.

Relatives told the News Room Sunday that Huston approached a man next to the hotel on Friday last and told him she was tired and hungry.

While talking to her, the man realized that something was wrong and decided to inform the manager of the hotel who then decided to take care of Huston.

The management of the hotel contacted the family after seeing the missing persons report on Facebook Sunday.

Huston, a mother of one, lived in the U.S for some two years and a decision was made for her to remain in Guyana because she was responding to the treatment here.
