A triangular love affair ended in bloodshed Friday night after a man stabbed his reputed wife and her suspected lover.
Vanessa Julian, a 47-year- old waitress of Number 76 Housing Scheme and 48-year-old Garfield Richards, a hire car driver of Corriverton, are in a serious condition at the New Amsterdam Hospital.
The woman’s husband, Leonard Welcome, has gone into hiding after the committing the act.
The incident occurred at approximately 22:45 hrs on the Skeldon Public Road, while the duo were sitting inside a parked car.
Hours after the incident, blood was still visible at the scene and a bloodied pair of slippers were found on the parapet.
The Police are currently searching for the suspect as investigation continues.
