USA-based Guyanese Elton Dharry will fight for the interim World Boxing Association (WBA) World Super Flyweight title on November 15 against Australian Andrew Moloney.

The fight will take place at Margaret Court Arena in Melbourne, Australia.

Moloney, an undefeated fighter, boasts a record of 20 wins (13 KOs) as against Dharry’s 24 wins (14 KOs), five losses and one draw.

It is noteworthy that Dharry’s five losses occurred in the very early part of his career and he has not lost a fight since 2010; he has won his last 21 consecutive fights.

Australia-born Moloney is a natural flyweight at age 28 and goes by the alias “The Monster”. Dharry, on the other hand, was born in Guyana and is 33-years-old.

“The fight will be televised through ESPN Plus app and if Guyanese are able to download this app, we may be able to see this fight,” the Guyana Boxing Board of Control said on Thursday.
