The Guyana Police Force has issued wanted bulletins for three men in connection with a robbery under arms committed on a Chinese supermarket in Berbice.
The robbery occurred on November 2 at No. 2 Village, Canje Berbice. According to reports, three men, armed with guns and cutlasses stormed the establishment where they robbed the patrons of approximately $300,000 and two cellphones.
Those wanted are:
- Jason Isaacs, 30 of 18 Bristol Street, East Canje Berbice.
- Ravindra Punwansie, 36, of 12 Palmyra, East Canje Berbice
- Doodnauth Bissoondyal, also known as Lil Budhan,22, of 81 Cuburg street, East Canje, Berbice.
The Police say anyone with information that may lead to the arrest of the suspects are asked to contact the police on telephone numbers 333-5564, 333-2151, 3332152, 226-6978, 225-8196, 226-2870, 226-7065, 227-1149, 226-7065, 911 or the nearest police station.
All information will be treated with the strictest confidence, Police stated.
The same supermarket was also robbed in October 2017.
