Farfan and Mendes Junior Skill Level Squash serves off this evening

Farfan and Mendes is the sponsor of the final local Junior Skill Level Squash tournament of the 2019 calendar, which begins this evening at the Georgetown Club, Camp Street. A total of 36 participants will compete in categories A to G throughout the week.

Top seed Shomari Wiltshire heads a group of five including Gianni Carpenter, Samuel Ince-Carvalhal, Michael Alphonso and Nicholas Verwey, while in Category B, Mohryan Baksh and Kirsten Gomes will vie for top honours with the Jonas brothers, Lucas and Ethan.

In the lower categories, the emerging stars will no doubt be fighting for the top spot in their respective groups and gaining some valuable experience from playing and watching a packed week of squash.

Play begins at 18:00h on Wednesday and continues each weekday from the same time, before morning matches at the weekend. The Squash Association’s signature BBQ fundraiser will be held during final matches on Sunday November 24.
