A New Amsterdam man was on Sunday arrested with a quantity of ganja at the Route 56 bus park, located at the New Amsterdam Stelling Road.
Police said that at about 10:30 hrs, acting on information received, ranks of Central Police Station proceeded to the bus park and arrested the man with three parcels of suspected cannabis, which when weighed amounted to 465 grams.
The man, of Ferry Street, New Amsterdam is expected to face the court soon.
