After a very busy 2019, the 2020 golf season is set to tee-off tomorrow (January 4) with the Tropical Woods and Wood Products one-day tournament.
The tournament will be played under the Medal Play format, and may be played either in Flights or in a non-Flight system, depending on the number of participants.
Prize will be awarded to the top three Best Net scorers. If the tournament is played as a non-Flight, then all the players will be grouped in the 0-36 handicap. If there are enough participants, then the tournament would be played in three flights- 0-9, 10-18 and 19-28/36.
The Lusignan Golf Club is extending an open invitation to members of the public to witness the competition and learn more about the game.
Sponsor Tropical Woods and Wood Products has been in the business of processing rough and dressed hardwoods for the local market for over 16 years, and has in recent times generously supported wood products requirements of the Lusignan Golf Club.
