All-rounder Kevin Sinclair and wicketkeeper/batsman Tevin Imlach have been included in Guyana Jaguars 13-man squad for the January 9 start of Cricket West Indies’ Professional Cricket League Regional Four-Day championship.

Guyana Jaguars, who have won the tournament for the last five seasons, will begin their title defence against Leeward Islands Hurricanes in a day/night, pink ball game in Antigua.

Sinclair, an Under-19 standout for Guyana, was in the runs and amongst the wickets in the Colonial Medical Insurance Super50 Cup, playing a significant part in West Indies Emerging Players lifting the title.

Imlach was part of the West Indies Youth Squad that won the World Cup in 2016.

Save and except for Keemo Paul, Shimron Hetmyer and Romario Shepherd, who are on West Indies duties, the core of the squad remains, with Leon Johnson at the helm.

Like Sinclair, fast bowler Nial Smith, who made his List A debut in the Super50 Cup, gets a maiden Four-Day call-up, while Devendra Bishoo, who missed the Super50 through injury, is back in the fray.

The squad reads: Tagenarine Chanderpaul, Chandrapaul Hemraj, Leon Johnson (Captain), Christopher Barnwell, Vishaul Singh, Devendra Bishoo, Tevin Imlach, Keon Joseph, Raymon Reifer, Anthony Bramble, Veerasammy Permaul, Nial Smith and Kevin Sinclair.

The Coach is Esuan Crandon with Shivnarine Chanderpaul doubling as Assistant Coach and Manager. Neil Barry Jr. is the Physiotherapist.
