Global Auto Spares and Sales golf tournament on this weekend

This weekend will see the first of two tournaments to be hosted by Global Auto Spares and Sales in 2020 to celebrate the grand opening of their Georgetown location at 87 Seaforth Street, Campbellville.

Manager of the new branch, Imtiaz Singh, said the company offers the widest range of used and reconditioned spare parts along with affordable 24-hour towing services.

CEO of Global, Hardeo ‘Curry’ Ganpat, has been a staunch supporter of the Lusignan Golf Club since becoming a member in 2019, and has vowed to continue his support of the work and vision of the Club.

“I have seen for myself what President Aleem Hussain has personally done for the sport and this club and I am proud to stand with him and help to achieve the vision he has for Lusignan Golf Club,” Ganpat said.

Tee off time is at 12:30pm on Saturday and the competition will feature three Flights with prizes for first and second in each Flight along with special recognition for Longest Drive and Nearest to Pin.

“It is expected to be a grand tournament with the return of many members who are all honing their game in anticipation of the Copa Airlines Invitational scheduled for January 25. The course is in probably the best condition in years and with players having consistent practice, the level of play has increased and competition has gotten stiffer,” the Lusignan Golf Club said in a release.
