Former Jamaican Prime Minister Bruce Golding will head the elections observer mission of the Organisation of American States (OAS) for the March 02 general and regional elections, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Friday stated.

According to the Ministry, Ambassador Riyad Insanally signed an agreement between Guyana and the OAS regarding the privileges and immunities that will be enjoyed by members of the mission.
