Regent Street business W.J. Enterprise has confirmed an extension of its partnership with the Petra Organisation, the main body pushing youth and school football in the city.
The distribution company, which is the sole distributor of Croxley Paper in Guyana, has continued its support by donating a printer, file cabinet and a supply of Croxley Paper.
Kavita Sukhu of W.J. Enterprise explained the social impact Petra has made was a major factor in the company renewing its commitment to the Petra Organisation.
For the football promoters the assistance is well appreciated, according to Petra representative Jackie Boodie. She added the supplies will help the group to function more efficiently, thereby enhancing the profile of the various tournaments under its purview.
The Petra group is the pioneers of several youth football tournaments in the city and has been the backbone of senior football in Georgetown in recent years.
