Police are investigating an accident which occurred late Tuesday night on the Lusignan Public Road, East Coast Demerara resulting in the death of a man who is so far unidentified.
Initial reports reaching the News Room revealed that the driver of the car crashed into a cow on the road at around 22:00hrs.
The occupant of the car died and the driver is said to be in a critical condition in the hospital.
Photos of the accident show the bloodied body of the dead man still inside the badly mangled car.
