The family of 29-year-old Lalbachan Bhagwandat known as ‘Jagan’ is offering a $100,000 reward for his safe return or any credible information about his whereabouts.
A relative, Alameen Samad told the News Room that Bhagwandat has not been seen or heard from six days now after he disappeared from his Lot 11 North Section, Canal No.2 Polder, West Bank Demerara (WBD) home.
“The family of Lalbachan, we willing to reward the person who can find him $100,000 and bring him back home or make contact with the family at 630-5006 or 676-6588,” Samad said.
The News Room had reported that the young man suffers a form of mental illness and he was last seen heading into the backlands. A missing person’s report has since been made at the Wales Police Station.
“It’s very tough because everyone is stressed and worried and we getting information that people see he in Diamond, Craig and Friendship but we ain’t get no results,” Samad said.
The family continues their search.
