Breaking: Two in critical condition after Rupert Craig Highway accident
Two women are in a critical condition following an accident on the Rupert Craig East Highway on Thursday morning.
In a video sent to the News Room, the women who were reportedly passengers in a route 44 minibus which was heading to Georgetown, were seen lying on the road next to the minibus covered in blood.
The accident occurred at about 09:30hrs.
A passerby said it appears that the bus was struck from the side by a blue Rav4 which is still on the scene.
The accident has resulted in the pile-up of traffic on the highway. The News Room will provide more details in a subsequent report.
