Reserve wicketkeeper/batsman Joshua DaSilva converted his overnight 60 to an unbeaten 133 on day three of the West Indies intra-squad, four-day game at the Emirates Old Trafford on Wednesday.

DaSilva batted through the innings, his knock spanning 249 balls, as Jason Holder’s XI, resuming on 120-5, ended their innings at 272. DaSilva’s knock included 17 fours and he formed solid lower-order partnerships to galvanise Holder’s XI innings.
