11 new COVID-19 cases from 150 tests

Eleven persons tested positive for COVID-19 on July 22, 2020 from 150 tests, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 350.

The total recoveries now stands at 165 after two more persons recovered on Wednesday.

There are now 166 persons in institutional isolation including three persons in the COVID-19 ICU at the Georgetown Public Hospital.

A total of 33 persons are in institutional quarantine. So far the total number of tests done is 3, 919.

Deputy Chief Medical Officer Dr Karen Gordon-Boyle on Tuesday stated that even though Region Four has recorded the most COVID-19 cases, persons are more at risk of contracting the deadly disease in Regions One and Seven.
