The Chief Elections Officer of the Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM) Keith Lowenfield has submitted his elections report which accurately reflects the results of the national vote recount.
The combined totals, as presented by Lowenfield on June 13 showed the PPP winning the elections with 233, 336 votes. APNU+AFC secured 217,920 votes. Together the other parties secured 9,096 votes.
It means therefore that APNU+AFC lost the elections by 24, 512 votes.

This guy has put the country into a difficult position by his bias stance and this should never have happen. Changes must take place to right this abuse of power and more people are there check on those who abuse the process.we hope Guyana continue on its democratic part as this is good for everyone in the region.this lowenfield should be booted out from that job.
