On behalf of the International Karate-Do Organisation Academy of Guyana please permit me this opportunity to congratulate you on your recent swearing in as the Ninth Executive President of the Cooperative Republic and the People’s Progressive Party/Civic (PPP/C) on its electoral triumph.
