29 new COVID-19 cases in 24 hours

Guyana on August 6 recorded 29 new COVID-19 cases bringing the total number of known cases to 538.

With 22 deaths and 189 recoveries, there are 327 active cases in institutional isolation including two persons in the COVID-19 Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

There are 38 persons in institutional quarantine. To date, 5,165 persons have been tested of which 4,627 is negative.

The Ministry of Health did not reveal where the 29 new cases were recorded.

    This will be the highest price that Guyanese pay for the rigging attempt. The same ignorant riggers were on the Task Force in order to prevent observers in and look at this…….we all pay the price…..some with their life. Congratulations PNC, Lampy, Pampy, Sawacko, Professor Dunce and the Union dunce…. all of you are responsible for the upcoming issues surrounding the COVID.
