The National Insurance Scheme (NIS) on Tuesday said its Lethem local office remains closed until further notice as was advised by the COVID 19 Task Force.
This closure is as a result of members of staff contracting COVID 19.
The Scheme said it is currently making arrangements for pension books to be sent to the Lethem Local Office.
“NIS regrets any inconvenience caused and wishes to thank our pensioners and other stakeholders for their patience and understanding in the circumstances.”
