Linden businesswoman robbed at gunpoint

A 36-year-old businesswoman of Wismar, Linden was robbed at gun point on Saturday at about 20:00h of her Samsung cell phone and $65,000 in cash.

Police Headquarters stated the woman operates the Stone Wall Wash Bay at Prosville Squatting Area, Wismar with her husband.

She was sitting alone under a shed at the wash bay when the suspect, who was clad in a dark colour pants with a black bandana tied around his head, walked up and pointed the gun to her face and demanded her phone and cash.

The suspect then pushed his hands into the woman’s pockets and made off with $65,000 along with the Samsung S10 valued at $210,000.

The suspect escaped on foot into the Wisroc area. Police investigations are ongoing.
