Guyana on Friday recorded 29 more cases of COVID-19 taking the overall known cases to 3,358 of which 15 persons are in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
There are 1,073 active cases with 115 persons in institutional isolation and 948 persons isolated at home while 59 persons are in institutional quarantine.
Thus far, 2,180 persons have recorded while 15,568 persons have tested for the disease thus far.
Of the 29 new cases, Region One recorded five new cases, Region Two recorded one, Region Three recorded four new cases, Region Four recorded 15 cases, Region Five recorded two more cases, Regions Six, Seven with one more case each.
