38 new COVID-19 cases recorded after 183 tests

The Ministry of Health on Saturday recorded 38 new COVID-19 cases after 183 tests. This brings the total number of confirmed cases to 3, 710. There are 14 patients in the COVID-19 Intensive Care Unit, 119 in institutional isolation and 843 on home isolation. To date 2, 625 have recovered and 109 died.
The new cases were recorded in Region Four with 25 cases, Region One with six new cases, Region Eight with four cases and Region Three with three cases.
An additional 43 persons who came into contact with positive patients are in institutional quarantine.
