83 new COVID-19 cases

The Ministry of Public Health on Friday recorded 83 new COVID-19 cases; the highest to be recorded this week.
The new cases take the overall total to 3,960.
Of the new cases, 36 were recorded in Region One, three each in Regions Two and Three, 16 in Region Four, five in Region Six, 19 in Region Seven and one in Region Eight.
The Ministry said there are 13 persons in the COVID-19 Intensive Care Unit (ICU), 112 persons on institution isolation and 795 persons on home isolation.
So far, 2,923 persons have recovered and 117 persons died so far.
There are 40 persons from institutional quarantine.
The number of persons tested so far by both public and private health institutions.
