A Police Constable stationed at the Fort Wellington Police Station at West Coast Berbice (WCD) was on Saturday evening killed in an accident on the Mahaicony public road.
The Guyana Police Force (GPF) in a statement said the accident occurred at about 18:00hrs on the Fellowship Public Road Mahaicony, East Coast Demerara (ECD).
The police said Archer was driving motor car PYY 2468, reportedly at a fast rate, when he lost control and collided with a parked trailer #PSS 8923.
Enquiries are ongoing.
