The Ministry of Health on Monday recorded 51 new cases of the novel Coronavirus from 424 tests. This brings the total number of confirmed cases to 4, 894.
Region Seven recorded 20 new cases, Region Four recorded 18 new cases while Regions One, Two, Eight and Ten recorded three new cases each. Region Three recorded one new COVID-19 case.
There are nine patients in the COVID-19 Intensive Care Unit (ICU), 68 patients are in institutional isolation and 887 are in home isolation.
A total of 14 new recoveries were also recorded bringing the overall to 3, 791 and 139 persons have died.
The number of tests done to date is 25, 088.
