Narine, Mentore re-elected Mayor, Deputy Mayor
Pandit Ubraj Narine as Mayor and Alfred Mentore as Deputy Mayor being sworn in when they were first elected in 2018
The Mayor and City Councillors of Georgetown on Monday re-elected Ubraj Narine and Alfred Mentore as Mayor and Deputy Mayor, respectively.
The election took place in City Hall’s compound; no other nominations were made for the posts.
Narine and Mentore have been serving in their respective capacity since November 30, 2018; they were re-elected as well in December 2019.
