The Ministry of Health on Thursday recorded eight new COVID-19 cases bringing the total number of cases to 6,266 to date.
According to the daily dashboard, Regions Two, Three and Seven recorded one new case each, Region Four recorded two new cases and Region Eight recorded three new cases.
There are currently four persons in the COVID-19 Intensive Care Unit (ICU), 19 in institutional isolation and 603 persons on home isolation.
Seventeen persons are currently in institutional quarantine.
To date, there have been 162 deaths and 5,478 persons have recovered.
