A Tiger Bay, Georgetown man was shot and killed while at a party on Mandela Avenue, Georgetown Tuesday morning.
Dead is Dale Christopher.
Regional Commander, Senior Superintendent Khali Pareshram told the News Room that details remain sketchy about the shooting but noted that ranks are on the ground investigating.
