The Ministry of Health on Thursday reported two additional COVID-19 deaths. The latest fatalities are, a 38-year-old man from Region Seven (Cuyuni-Mazruni) and a 79-year-old woman from Region Four (Demerara-Mahaica). Both patients died while receiving medical care at a facility on Wednesday.
This takes the total number of deaths from the pandemic to 195 and also means that 17 persons have died for the month of February.
