A 76-year-old man from Region 10 (Upper Demerara-Berbice) has been recorded as the country’s latest COVID-19 death.
The Ministry of Health in a statement said the man died while on his way to a medical facility on Monday. The latest fatality is the 204th COVID-19 death in the country and also represents the seventh person to have died this month.
