Seventeen-year-old Kelvin Clifford was arrested and has since been charged for driving motorcar PRR 7584 while under the influence of alcohol. Police said the teen of No.2 Village, East Canje Berbice careened off the No.1 Public Road at about 22:00h Tuesday.
Luckily, there are no reported injuries, but the teen was found to be above the prescribed alcohol limit.
He will appear at Albion Magistrates Court on March 23 to answer to the charge.
