Bissoondyal Singh is new GCB President

Guyanese businessman Bissoondyal Singh was on Monday elected President of the Guyana Cricket Board, following the hosting of election in Georgetown.

News Room Sport understands Singh, the current President of the Demerara Cricket Board, was elected unopposed.

Public Relations Officer– Claude Raphael

Marketing Manager– Mohamed Baksh

Technocrat members with voting rights at executive meetings– Roger Harper and Anil Beharry.

The process, which was conducted by Cricket Ombudsman Kamal Ramkarran, went smoothly and lasted about 30 minutes.
