A total 120 new cases were recorded within the last 24 hours from 1,574 tests conducted, taking the country’s overall number of confirmed cases to 11,762.
Leading the new infections is Region Four with 62 cases, followed by Region Three with 31 cases.
Region Two recorded 17 new cases, Region Five recorded four new cases while Regions Six, Seven and Nine recorded three, one and two cases, respectively.
To date, 10, 161 persons have recovered.
There are 1,244 patients in home isolation, 75 patients are in institutional isolation and 13 patients are in the COVID-19 Intensive Care Unit at the Infectious Diseases Hospital.
